If you’d like to block an account for your sponsored account from their transaction activity:

1. Open the Money Tab

2. Select Family

3. Choose the sponsored account

4. Select the transaction from the person you wish to block

5. Scroll to the bottom of the transaction.

6. Select Block

7. After you block the account, you will also have the option to select ‘Report’.

8. Select the reason you’re reporting and follow the prompts.

To block an account from the Family hub:

1. Open the Money Tab

2. Select Family

3. Choose the sponsored account

4. Select Controls

5. Select Blocked accounts

6. Search for an account by entering a name, $cashtag, phone number or email. 

7. Select ‘Block’

Your sponsored person will not be able to unblock an account you’ve blocked on their behalf.

You can see all the Cash App accounts blocked from your sponsored account:

1. Open the Money Tab

2. Select Family

3. Choose the sponsored account

4. Select Controls

5. Select Blocked accounts

You will not be able to unblock an account your sponsored person has blocked.
